How to use (quick guide)
- Prep: Remove rust/scale, degrease thoroughly, and dry. Lightly scuff for best adhesion.
- Spray: Shake well. Apply light, even coats 25–30 cm away. Allow a few minutes between coats.
- Cure: For maximum heat resistance, follow staged heat-cure:
- 121°C (250°F) for 30 min cool 30 min
- 204°C (400°F) for 30 min cool 30 min
- 343°C (650°F) for 30 min cool (Curing can be done on-vehicle by running through heat cycles.)
