These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Turbo Parts website and your purchase of products from us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products and fitment

We supply automotive parts and accessories. While we work hard to describe parts and vehicle fitment accurately, listings, images and compatibility information are provided as a guide only and may contain errors or omissions. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm that a part is correct for their vehicle before purchasing. If you are unsure, please contact us and we will help you confirm fitment.

3. Pricing and orders

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable, unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors and to accept or decline any order. Your order is an offer to purchase; a contract is formed only when we accept and dispatch it. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and provide a full refund.

4. Payment

Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

5. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please also refer to our Refund Policy and any shipping information shown at checkout.

6. Returns

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site that is not owned by third parties, including our name, logo and site design, is our property or used under licence and may not be copied or used without our permission.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to those rights, and to the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of this site or the supply of goods is limited, at our option, to the replacement of the goods or the resupply of, or payment of the cost of resupplying, the goods.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
