Shipping & Delivery

We ship across Australia. Here's what to expect when you order from Turbo Parts.

Processing time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days. You'll receive tracking details by email once your order is on its way.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery is typically 2–7 business days after dispatch depending on your location. Remote and regional areas may take longer. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your items and delivery address. Where free shipping is offered on an item or order, it will be shown at checkout.

Tracking

A tracking number is provided for most orders. If you haven't received tracking, or your order seems delayed, contact us at contact@turboparts.com.au and we'll follow it up.

Damaged or lost parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll make it right.

Deliveries within Australia only (unless agreed upon)

We currently ship within Australia. If you're outside Australia and would like to order, get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
