If you are not happy with this product, simply return it to us in original condition with packaging within 60 days and we will give you a full refund of the sale price (minus postage costs). Please contact us before you return an item so we can advise how to do so successfully. If you have any issues with your purchase, please contact us immediately before leaving a review, as this will NOT solve your issue, communication with us WILL.
Most of our car parts will come with an included warranty. Warranty information is outlined on the product page, if you need any details on warranty or wish to place a claim, please contact us and our support team will walk you through the warranty process for your individual order. We recommend printing out your order detail email so you have a reference on file for warranty concerns in the future. If you didn’t receive your order confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder as they might end up filed in there.
In the rare case that your product arrives faulty or defective, again please contact us as soon as you receive it so we can sort out a replacement or a refund for you. Outcome varies on a case-by-case basis, so we will advise you on inspection of fault. You may be required to send back your faulty item, if the item is deemed faulty we will refund the return postage cost, if the product isn’t, we are unable to refund postage costs.
